Trust at Kira

Trust is the foundation of an AI assistant that handles your email, calls, documents, and decisions. The Kira Trust Center brings together how we protect your data, respect your privacy, meet our compliance obligations, and keep the service running.

Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, enforce least-privilege access, and monitor our systems continuously. Read the full details on our Security & Compliance page.

Privacy and data ownership

You own your content. We do not sell your personal data and we do not train our models on your content unless you opt in. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and why.

Compliance

We align our program with recognized frameworks including SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and we support GDPR and CCPA/CPRA rights. Documentation and a Data Processing Addendum are available to eligible customers.

Reliability

Kira is built for high availability on resilient cloud infrastructure with automated backups and a tested incident-response plan. Eligible plans include a Service Level Agreement.

Responsible AI

Our Usage Policy sets clear rules for safe and lawful use of Kira’s agents and automations, including human oversight for high-stakes decisions and transparency when people interact with AI.

Responsible disclosure

We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email security@kira.ai. We will acknowledge your report and will not take legal action against good-faith research conducted under our guidelines.
