We want you to be satisfied with Kira. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. Where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
Refund eligibility
- New paid subscriptions: you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied.
- Annual plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the start of a new annual term, you may request a refund for that term.
- Monthly plans: monthly charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, but you can cancel to avoid future charges.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refundable.
Usage-based and credit purchases
Prepaid credits and usage-based charges (for example, call minutes or generation credits) are non-refundable once consumed. Unused prepaid credits may be refundable within the eligibility window above, less any amount already used.
How to request a refund
- Email support@kira.ai from the address associated with your account.
- Include your account email, the charge date, and the reason for the request.
- We may ask for additional information to verify the charge.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
Non-refundable items
- Charges for periods you have already used beyond the eligibility window.
- Consumed prepaid credits and metered usage.
- Add-ons or one-time services that have been delivered.
